Due to the nature of our business, we sometimes have to work off-site and are closed within our business hours. Please email us for the quickest response.
Grant is recovering well from an operation he underwent recently, and I, Rose, will be taking care of the store with his guidance as he gets better in Vancouver. We are open to business and are happy to help you with your signage and print needs. To be able to serve you consistently and efficiently during this time, we had to make some small changes to store hours and services as follows:
• Our store hours are 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Tuesday to Friday and we are closed daily from 1:00-2:00 for lunch and production.
• If you are requesting information, for quickest response, please email us (all details of your request and any related files) at email@example.com
• We require a 50% deposit before starting the proofing process on all orders (unless you have a business account with other terms).
• Our regular turn around is 3-14 business days, unless we quote you otherwise. There may be EXPRESS charges if orders are required to be completed in less than 3 business days.
• Minimum order is $20, unless other terms are specified on your business account.
• Shop rates for additional consultations, labour and design work is $80 an hour, this is non-negotiable.
• Until further notice we will be limiting our photography services to art reproduction.
